Event Description:
ConnerPlace Assisted Living will be hosting a free memory screening on November 18th, 2014, from 10:00am-12:00pm and 2:00pm-4:00pm at 2 Cottonwood Lane in Canyon. Participants of the memory screening will be taken through a series of questions and a short assessment that will determine a baseline score. The score can be used to compare yearly screenings or uncover potential needs for physician follow-up. Participants of all ages are welcome.
