Canyon Chamber Tailgate Crawl

 🏈 Kick Off the Tailgate Crawl – Friday, Oct. 3 on the Square! 

Hello Chamber Merchants! 
We are excited to invite you to be part of the brand-new Canyon Tailgate Crawl — a fun shopping and dining experience kicking off WT Homecoming weekend, Friday, October 3 on the Square! 
Our kickoff night will feature: 
•  Live music by Old Dog Tray 
•  Yard games, cornhole, and a community cake walk 
•  Sausage wraps & walking tacos for sale 
•  A special appearance by the WT mascot 
•  Chamber ticket sales + first chance to start the Crawl 
We’d love for our Square merchants to be part of the fun! Shops are encouraged to stay open from 5–8 PM during kickoff night (even if just part of that time) so crawlers can stop in and enjoy what you have to offer. The crawl will then continue at all participating Canyon merchants through October 12. 
Here’s how the Crawl works: 
• Tickets go on sale at the Chamber table during kickoff night, Friday, Oct. 3. 
• After kickoff, tickets will also be available for purchase at participating merchants through Oct. 12. 
• Shoppers visit all participating Canyon merchants during the week to get stamped and enter for prizes. 
• The Crawl wraps up with Chamber prize drawings the following week, giving your business extended exposure beyond one night. 
Why participate? 
• Drive extra traffic to your store during one of Canyon’s busiest weekends. 
• Be featured in Chamber promotions and Crawl graphics. 
• Offer your own mini-giveaway, discount, or special to entice crawlers. 
• Help us highlight everything Canyon merchants bring to our community!
